Who we are
These terms cover this website, the checkout, the download pages and every product you buy from Family Budget Planner (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying, you accept these terms. Seller: Family Budget Planner is a brand of Prospekt Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You must be at least 18 to buy. Contact: [email protected].
What you buy
Each product is a digital template for Google Sheets, delivered as a link that makes your own copy in your Google account, plus a PDF picture guide, as described on the sales page and the checkout page. Products: Family Budget Planner ($27), Quick Log ($19), Debt Payoff Planner ($17). Access arrives by email right after payment, with a link to your download page. You need a free Google account to use the templates.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are paid once: no subscription. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Digital content and right of withdrawal
The products are digital content delivered immediately. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland or Switzerland, by buying you ask for immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Our voluntary 180-day guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, still applies.
License
You may make copies of the templates for your own household and share your copy with your partner or family members. You may not resell, transfer, publicly share or distribute the templates, the guide or the download links, or use them to create products for sale. If you are refunded, the license is revoked.
Not financial advice
Family Budget Planner provides budgeting templates and general information. It is not financial, tax, legal or debt advice. Calculations, including payoff dates and savings plans, are estimates based on the numbers you enter. For decisions about debt, loans or taxes, speak to a qualified professional.
No promise of results
We don't promise any specific savings or debt reduction: results depend on your income, expenses and choices.
The templates run in Google Sheets and Google Forms, services provided by Google under its own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages of Google services.
Intellectual property
The templates, guide, graphics and texts remain ours. Buying gives you the license described above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version published on the day of your purchase applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
