Refund Policy

180-day money-back guarantee
Use the planner with your own income and expenses. If it doesn't help you see where your money goes, email us within 180 days of your purchase and we'll refund your order. This is a voluntary guarantee, in addition to any rights the law gives you.
Conditions
- Send your request to [email protected] within 180 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy.
- Show that you tried it: attach a screenshot of your own copy of the planner with your first month set and at least 2 weeks of your transactions entered.
- One refund per person, per email address and per payment card.
- When we refund you, your license is revoked and you agree to stop using the templates.
Add-on products
The guarantee covers your whole order, including Quick Log and the Debt Payoff Planner if you added them, under the same conditions.
How you get your refund
Once we've checked your request, we refund to the payment method you used, usually within 14 days. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Right of withdrawal
Because the products are digital content delivered right after payment, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU, UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland) does not apply once delivery has started. The 180-day guarantee still applies under the conditions above.
