Who is responsible
Prospekt Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (brand Family Budget Planner) is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy request, email [email protected].
Your budget numbers stay with you
Your copy of the planner lives in your own Google account. We have no access to it and we never see the income, expenses or balances you enter. The planner does not connect to your bank.
What data we collect
- The data you give us at checkout: name, email, phone and billing details. Card details are handled only by our payment provider.
- The emails you send us for support or refunds, with any attachments.
- Browsing data such as pages visited, browser type and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising tools such as the Meta pixel.
Why we use it
- To deliver your products, send service emails and give you support (performance of the contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent abuse, such as repeated refunds (legitimate interest).
- To send you emails about products similar to the ones you bought; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email (legitimate interest, or consent where required).
- To measure and improve our advertising (consent where required).
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the business (hosting, website and email platform, payments, advertising), who process it under their own privacy policies, or when the law requires it. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, with the safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses). We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to deliver the products and handle support and the guarantee, and for the period the law requires for accounting records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the site and checkout to work and, where allowed, the Meta pixel to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work.
